B&W
Black and White is very dear to me, my Grandfather was a great B&W photographer and our family photos through the years are timeless. it has taken me some time with digital photography to pre-visualize my shots before i start shooting away (it’s only pixels) and B&W is one of those pre-visualizations i have started to see. i love the fact that the light doesn’t have to be be perfect to get striking B&W’s, the harshness in some cases draws the drama from a scene otherwise unattractive in color. although lighting is the key ingredient in any photograph it is recorded differently and renders a mood or a state of timeless beauty.
